We own and operate high-quality assets across Canada’s six major markets, strategically positioned in dense, transit-oriented urban nodes.

Our properties are anchored by resilient, necessity-based retail tenants that serve essential, everyday needs such as grocery, pharmacy, liquor, personal services, and specialty and value retailers.

There are ~170 RioCan properties in prime locations for commercial lease, including in grocery-anchored, open air and enclosed shopping centres. Our experienced leasing team works closely with tenants to support long-term success, offering well-managed, well-located retail spaces that meet the needs of both retailers and the communities they serve.
