Timmins Square is predominately located on Riverside Drive, the primary commercial corridor in the region, with high daily traffic exposure and in close proximity to the Trans-Canada highway. The Centre draws a broader catchment from other parts of Northeastern Ontario such as Cochrane, Iroquois Falls, Kirkland Lake, Smooth Rock Falls, and Kapuskasing.
