ONTARIO

 


420 Bathurst, Toronto - Located on Bathurst Street between College Street and Dundas Street, this urban retail commercial centre will be surrounded by a mix of residential housing and commercial establishments with above average household income. This centre will be developed into downtown Toronto’s foremost shopping destination offering a dynamic three floor layout and underground on-site parking for shoppers.  Sizes of units range from 1,500 to 13,000 square feet.

Collingwood Centre, Collingwood - With anchor tenants such as Canadian Tire and Price Shopper, this centre is located at the intersection of Highway 26 and Mountain Road in a fast-growing market. Five Points Shopping Centre, Oshawa - Surrounded by an expanding residential community this enclosed mall is situated at Ritson Road North & Taunton Road East with 25,000 sq ft. This centre has a strong line-up of tenants such as Target, Metro/A&P, Staples/Business Depot, LA Fitness and National Sports.

Flamborough Power Centre, Waterdown - This community’s one stop shopping centre is one of the largest retail sites in the Greater Hamilton Area anchored by Walmart, Rona and Target. With high traffic and surrounding growing community, this centre is located in a superior retail node on Highway 6 just off Highway 403 northbound.  This power centre has over 100,000 square feet of newly developed retail space to be built with units available ranging from 6,000-21,000 square feet.

Galaxy Centre, Owen Sound – located off of Highway 6 and Highway 21 and anchored by Galaxy Cinemas, No Frills and Giant Tiger, this centre has up to 15,000 square feet of new retail space for lease.  This high traffic centre has a daily traffic count of 30,800 cars and ample parking space for shoppers.

King & Portland, Toronto - This site is comprised of 602-606 King Street West, and adjacent properties to the west extending from King through to Adelaide Street West. iagara Square
, Niagara Falls - a strong enclosed shopping centre located off of the Q.E.W. at McLeod Road has completed its two phases of redevelopment which include new national tenants Winners, Future Shop, Michaels, JYSK, Mandarin Restaurant Buffet, BouClair Home and The Brick. These new anchors join the existing Cineplex Odeon Cinemas and Sport Chek. The centre will also be shadow anchored by a new Canadian Tire. Leasing opportunities in the form of interior CRU spaces and one free-standing pad facing the QEW are available for lease.

RioCan Centre Barrie, Barrie - this Zehr's, Lowe's and Mountain Equipment Co-op anchored site is located at Essa Road and Highway 400 in Barrie, Ontario. With prime Highway 400 exposure, this centre has two newly developed single standing pads, which are 21,000 and 5,000 square feet

RioCan Centre Scarborough,Toronto - located at the corner of Warden Avenue and Eglinton Avenue East, this new format centre has 2,500 square feet of existing CRU space and new development/redevelopment leasing opportunities available. LA Fitness and Al Premium Food Mart have joined thisa centre along with national anchors Staples, Kelsey’s and PetSmart. 

RioCan Centre Victoria, Whitby - With excellent exposure off Highway 401, this greenfield site is situated at Victoria Street and Hopkins Street in Whitby, Ontario.  This site is located just west of RioCan Thickson Ridge in the heart of a rapidly growing community with 200,000 square feet available  big box format units.  

RioCan Leamington, Leamington - This centre catres to the city of Leamington as it anchors the only Walmart and Metro in the area with two available units ranging from 5,000 to 6,000 square feet.

RioCan Renfrew
, Renfrew - Big box, small CRU's and free standing pads are available for lease at this new format retail centre. This centre includes Urban Planet and Dollarama and is shadow anchored by a No Frills at the northeast intersection of O'Brien Road and Gillan Street.

RioCan Yonge Eglinton Centre,Toronto - With over 1 million square feet of prime retail and office space, thecentre is a leading mixed-use complex at the corner of Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue. This centre boasts two office towers comprising of over 748,000 square feet and four levels of retail and underground parking. The centre is currently undergoing renovations to the interior of the shopping centre and two office towers including all office elevator cabs, lobbies and facilities. Shoppers World Brampton, Brampton - This easily accessible 637,818 square foot centre located at Brampton’s busiest intersection at Highway 10 & Steeles Avenue is redeveloping 87,077 square feet of retail space. New tenants such as Bad Boy, The Beer Store, Bulk Barn and Imperial Buffet will join this centre’s 190 shops and services including national anchors Canadian Tire, Staples/Business Depot, Target and Winners.

Timmins Square, Timmins- Situated in Timmins, Ontario at Highway 101 & Shirley Street, this enclosed mall has many national anchors including No Frills, Sears, SportChek and Winners.  The former Zellers box is being converted into big box opportunities ranging from 13,000 square feet and up in size. 

Trenton Wal-Mart, Trenton - This 116,000 square foot centre has a 3,400 square foot pad with ample parking available at this Walmart-anchored centre.  Other retailers include EB Games, Global Pet Foods, Great Canadian Oil Exchange and First Choice Haircutters.   

White Shield Plaza, Toronto - Located in a prime central location on the corner of Kennedy Road and Lawrence Avenue East, this 155,910 square foot centre has anchor tenants such as Lone Tai Supermarket, Dollarama and the Beer Store. This centre is situated in a high traffic region with a primary trade area of 545,885 people and a secondary trade area of 2,230,527 , making it a sought after retail space for the Scarborough region.

Windfields Farm, Oshawa – This 157 acre site is currently being transformed into a 1,225,000 square foot new formal retail shopping centre in the heart of Oshawa, Ontario. Windfields Farm is located in adjacent to the future extension of Highway 407, which will provide a high level of accessibility to this hybrid centre. The centre will emulate an urban/downtown look where shoppers can experience the outdoor shopping space with its pedestrian oriented landscapes.

MARITIMES


Corbett Centre, Fredericton - Corbett Centre is the dominant power centre in Fredericton's prime retail node at the intersection of Regent Street and Knowledge Park Drive.
